At AND Design School, we combine various methods and approaches to make the program effective. Primarily, we will have a face-to-face interaction with the individual. Based on that we:

- 2. Conduct Workshops and Conferences, where participants are formed into small teams, who are then trained by the experts, depending on their field of interest.
- 3. Offer Mentorship Programs, to help the individual in setting goals, and provide them with insights based on their goals.
- 4. Provide Certification courses via classrooms, where each course is of the duration varying between days and up to one year..
